Chuck Mangione

For four decades, the smooth jazz godfather's boundless energy, unabashed enthusiasm and pure joy have characterized his love affair with music. He first attracted attention as a founding member of the Jazz Brothers and later with Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers. But in 1977 his career really took off. His album Feels So Good became a worldwide mega hit thanks to its self-titled single, which features one of the most recognized melodies in the world.

Between 1989 and 1994, he went on hiatus from the music world. But following a 1998 meeting with the Chesky brothers, Mangione made his enthusiastic return to recording with two albums: The Feeling's Back and Everything for Love. Since the recording of those acclaimed projects, Chuck has made numerous guest appearances on the hit animated TV series King Of The Hill, in addition to performing both domestically and internationally.
